1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DigiCode Solutions ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DigiCode Solutions is a software-as-a-service platform that provides WhatsApp Automation, CRM, Task Management, and Forms tools. The Service is accessible via web browsers at digicodesolutions.com and its subdomains.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.

• Payments are processed through Stripe or Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for annual plans
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via WhatsApp or any channel
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiCode Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
